For Netflix’s live-broadcasted Christmas show on TikTok, the challenge was to translate a traditional Swedish uppesittarkväll into a native, real-time social format — without losing scale, energy or brand clarity.

I was responsible for scenography, props and visual expression, designing a studio environment built for live interaction, fast pacing and vertical viewing.

A high-pressure live production where everything had to work instantly.
